Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Important Instructions for All Customers:
- Kindly make sure to record a 360° unboxing video while opening your parcel.
- The video should be clear, continuous & without any pause or cuts.
- This video is mandatory for any claim related to damage, missing items, or wrong product.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline:
- Order Dispatch: Within 2-3 Working Days
- Delivery Time: 7-10 Working Days (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays)
Note: Delivery time may vary based on your location & courier service availability.
Return & Refund Policy:
As all our products are carefully customized & specially made on order, we follow a No Return / No Refund policy except for damaged products (with proof).
Returns / Refunds NOT Accepted for:
- Slight color variations (5-10%) due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
- Customer dislike after receiving the product.
- Size issues – since products are stitched as per the size selected by the customer during ordering.
- Minor imperfections like loose threads, small marks, or zari pull — which are common in handwork or delicate fabrics.
- Delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details given by customer.
Exchange Policy: (Applicable Only for Damaged or Wrong Product)
We only accept exchanges if:
- The product is received in damaged condition.
- You received a wrong product different from your order.
- The issue is clearly visible in the 360° unboxing video.
Without unboxing video, exchange requests will not be processed.
Note:
- Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
- After verification of the video proof, a new product will be sent.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- No cash refunds under any condition.
Size Issues Policy:

All our outfits are custom-stitched based on the size provided by you.
Hence, returns or exchanges for size issues are strictly not accepted.
