By shopping on www.kvsshopping.com, you agree to these terms under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
✔ No Returns or Exchanges for stitched, customized, or size-specific products due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
✔ Orders once placed cannot be canceled after payment confirmation.
✅ When Support is Available

Only wrong or damaged products will be considered for replacement.
- Customers must share an unboxing video from the start as proof.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
❌ Not Considered as Damage
- Minor thread pulls, removable stains, or slight stitching issues.
- Slight color variation due to photography or screen settings.
Customer Responsibility
- Review product details, size chart, and description carefully before placing the order.
- If the item is approved for return due to damage, the customer must courier the item back (shipping paid by us).
- If door delivery is not possible, the customer must collect the package from the nearest courier branch.
Important Note:-
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, the customer must visit the nearest courier branch to collect it.
