By shopping on www.kvsshopping.com, you agree to these terms under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

 

✔ No Returns or Exchanges for stitched, customized, or size-specific products due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

✔ Orders once placed cannot be canceled after payment confirmation.

When Support is Available

  • Only wrong or damaged products will be considered for replacement.
  • Customers must share an unboxing video from the start as proof.
  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Not Considered as Damage

  • Minor thread pulls, removable stains, or slight stitching issues.
  • Slight color variation due to photography or screen settings.

Customer Responsibility

  • Review product details, size chart, and description carefully before placing the order.
  • If the item is approved for return due to damage, the customer must courier the item back (shipping paid by us).
  • If door delivery is not possible, the customer must collect the package from the nearest courier branch.

Important Note:-

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received, the customer must visit the nearest courier branch to collect it.
